At Moist SAP, we value your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process:
1. Return Timeline Returns must be initiated within 30Â days of receiving your package.
2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, new, and unopened condition, including all original packaging.
3. Return Process & Authorization Do not ship any items back to us without prior authorization. To start a return, please email us at info@moistsap.com. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

Original Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Transit Damage Claims If your item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. To process a damage claim, you must include photos of the original packaging and the damaged product.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (product price + applicable sales tax) will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
