Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of payment, we will ship your order out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

We usually ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US orders. Estimate about 3-7 business days.

If the shipment is outside of the US, please email us your order details, including the ship-to-country name. We will generate the shipping price and estimated delivery time.

Return,Exchange & Refund Policy*

We strive for customer satisfaction in every purchase. If you are not satisfied, items may be returned ( unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable) for exchange, credit, or refund per the following conditions:

Processing returns 

  • Return requests are submitted and processed within 30 days of the customer received date.

  • Customers must notify us by email to begin processing the return. We review each request and will issue a return authorization approval for a return or refund. Approvals are made by issuing a return number (RA#); no returns are acceptable without approval and a return number (RA#).

    • Customers are responsible for shipping all return-approved items back to us. All items must be unopened or in like-new condition.

    • Customers may pre-pay for postage, or shipping will be charged if we issue a shipping lable.

    • The RA number must be included prominently on the return package.

  • Please note that in some cases, necessary adjustments (deductions) are made to the refund amount for particular items.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Upon receiving return-approved items in unopened or like-new condition, all refunds will be credited to your original payment or store credit within 2 business days. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. 

  • A confirmation email will be sent to verify the return and refund.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
