SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of payment we will ship your order out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

 

We normally ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx for US orders. Estimate about 3-7 business days.

If the shipment is outside of US, please email us your order details including ship to country name. We will generate the shipping price and estimated delivery time.

Return,Exchange & Refund Policy*

We strive for customer satisfaction in every purchase and order. If you are unsatisfied, items may be returned for exchange for credit or refund per the following conditions:

  • Returns request are submitted and processed within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers must notify us by email to begin return process. We review each request and issue a return authorization approval for return or refund. Approvals are made through issuance of a return number (RA#). Returns are not accepted without approval and a return number (RA#).

    • Customers are responsible for shipping all return approved items back to us. All items must be unopened and/or in like-new condition.

    • Customers may prepay for postage or shipping will be charged if we issue a shipping table.

    • The RA number must be included prominently on the returned package.

  • Please note in some cases there are necessary adjustments (deductions) made to the refund amount for special items.

  • Upon receipt of the approved return items in unopened or like-new condition. A refund will be issued within 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to verify the both return and refund.
